Your account may have been deactivated by your office manager. This is usually done at the request of your practice for administrative reasons.
If you haven’t logged into CureMD for an extended period of time, you may have forgotten your username or password.
Your office manager has administrative rights to reset your password or restore your account. Please reach out to them directly for assistance.
If you are unable to contact your office manager, ask a colleague to submit a support ticket on your behalf. Once the ticket is submitted, a member of the CureMD support team will reach out to your office manager to reset your login credentials.
