Senior Product Manager Clinical (Remote)

Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our multi-disciplinary product management team of product owners, UX designers, business analysts, subject matter experts and product management veterans. You will be responsible for ideating and executing strategic shifts to CureMD’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Analytics products to make patient care more effective and efficient.

As a Sr. Product Manager you will be at the forefront of the team, serving as a driver of change while leading the team toward realizing innovative solutions to most important problems in a cost-effective manner. You will bring strategic innovations in the healthcare domain taking into consideration feedback gleaned from market, clients, your expertise in understanding the software development lifecycle and knowledge of US government regulations and compliance while operating in an agile environment. You will leverage your analytical background to establish impact through rigorous data analysis and identify key drivers for empowering operational efficiency.

This role requires you to have strong problem-solving and ability to energize cross-functional teams around a problem, while gaining organizational buy in for your roadmap, “sell” vision, and celebrate team wins.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Outlines new products or systems and defines, clarifies, and enforces requirements with engineering to create them.
  • Compiles high-level business needs for the project. The PO elicits the requirements from internal and external clients across business units, third-party partners, and product stakeholders using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis. Works closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are understood.
  • Translates business needs into solution design artifacts, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are clear and concise. Participates in external customer demos and validation of features and user stories. Shares artifacts with internal stakeholders for go-to-market decisions, prioritization, and execution.
  • Works with onshore and offshore development teams, considers the requirements of customers and stakeholders to prioritize engineering work between the existing product back log, new features and enhancements, and technical debt.
  • Establishes timeframe and expectations for delivery of commitments and tracks the project team by leading scrum activities, understanding and managing project risks, and proactively escalating issues to the team to enable predictive product delivery.
  • Communicate the development status, issues, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Create and manage product roadmap and groom product backlogthat transforms care for patients.
  • Create Market requirements documents and gain executive buy in.
  • Be the voice of market- elicits the market needs from prospects,internal and external clients, third-party partners, and product stakeholders using market research, interviews, advisory panels, user groups, data analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, and workflow analysis.
  • Works closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are understood.

  • Guide product owners to translate business needs into solution design artifacts, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are clear and concise. Participates in external customer demos and validation of features and user stories. Shares artifacts with internal stakeholders for go-to-market decisions, prioritization, and execution.
  • Establishes timeframe and expectations for delivery of commitments.
  • Work closely with sales, customer success team and marketing team to promote adoption of product.
  • Measures and communicates product success metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Progressively improve the value of the product to Clinical users by collecting data and making data driven enhancements.
