CureMD Presents Dermatology EMR at AAD 2010 Convention

NEW YORK: CureMD will be presenting CureMD-Dermatology, an integrated medical information system specifically for dermatology at the National Convention of the American Academy of Dermatology in Miami in March.

The CureMD-Dermatology features all of the tools for practice management, but it’s EMR, Electronic Medical Record and reporting capability structures are designed for the unique needs of dermatology.

CureMD-Dermatology has been built with the clinical expertise of Dr. Babar K. Rao Medical Leader of its Dermatology Medical Information Clinical Section. Dr. Rao is board certified in dermatology and dermatopathology, and an Associate Clinical Professor of the Department of Dermatology at University of Medicine and Dentistry of the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. A widely known expert in dermatology, Dr. Rao has been providing CureMD will clinical guidance in the further development and refinement of its Dermatology Integrated practice management System.

The American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) is the largest organization of dermatologists in the world. It was founded in 1938 and represents 15,000 dermatologists in the United States and Canada. Their annual meeting introduces the medical specialty to advancements in both clinical care and practice support services.
